Our Return, Refund, and Exchange Policies ā¤ļø
š¦ We do not accept exchanges due to current pandemic health hygiene concerns.
š¦ We Accept returns and refund requests within 14 days of delivery. Please get in touch with us - Maxie's(The Seller) with the reason before sending out the return item within 14 days. The buyer will be responsible for his/her return shipping expenses.
š¦ Items MUST be returned to be eligible for a refund.
š¦ The return or refund item must remain unused and in its original packaging.
š¦ Return Item Tracking Information MUST be provided to the Seller - Maxie'sĀ
š¦ Once we receive the item back in our possession, we will inspect the condition of the item, and if the item qualifies for a refund, we will proceed with the refund process. Please allow at least 3ā5 business days for your bank to process and post the refund. (Processing days for every bank vary; please read your personal bank policies for more details.)
š¦ ONLY THE ORIGINAL MARKING PRICE will be refunded; shipping expenses will not be refunded.
š¦ If you are unsatisfied with your order due to missing items or incorrect items were sent to you, please contact the seller - Maxie's within 48 hours upon package arrival.Ā
Cancellation ā¤ļø
š¦ We do Accept cancellation; all customers are free to request order cancellation within 12 hours since the order was placed. After the 12-hour window period, the cancellation will NOT be accepted.
š¦ Once the order is shipped by Maxie's seller, cancellations will not be accepted.
